All of the Premier Shutters are completely custom and will be built to your specifications. Shutter panels can be hinged and fold in any pattern required. They can be installed to cover virtually any window, pass-thru, French door, or patio door. As with all shutters, some parameters must be followed.
Louver Sizes: 2.5” – 3.5” – 4.5”
Color: White or off-white.
(Wood shutters come in 28 wood stain colors)
Texture: Smooth - Embossed (Embossed N/A in 2.5" louver)
Staples: Epoxy coated, heat injected, stainless steel staples
Tension: Patented louver tension control will maintain tension for life. No adjusting necessary with built in two-piece pin.
Hinging: Hinges match the shutter color. Powder coated white & off-white hinges for synthetic shutters, Brass or brushed Nickel for wood shutters. T-Post required above 84" in window width.
Panel Dimensions
Width: Min. panel width 7"
Max panel width with 2.5” louver = 23”
Max panel width with 3.5” louver = 24”
Max panel width with 4.5” louver = 25”
Wood shutters width in any size louver = 30”
Height: Min. height = 12" (4.5" louver will only have 2 louvers)
Max. height of a single panel = 120"
Divider rail should be used above 68" though not mandatory. If no divider rail is used, a stabilizing screw may be used to create structure in the panel.
